Septic Installation or Replacement

Aerobic and Conventional Septic Systems

At All American Septic, we specialize in installing new septic systems and replacing septic systems or tanks that have failed over time.  We regularly install new aerobic septic systems with control units, pumps and sprayer heads or drip systems.  Our team can install and replace conventional septic systems with new tanks and underground lateral lines.  Both options are quite popular in our regular service areas of Claremore, Owasso, Tulsa, Catoosa, Pryor, Chouteau, Broken Arrow, Inola, Collinsville, and surrounding areas.

FAIR PRICING FOR SEPTIC SYSTEMS

We take great pride in quoting you a fair price after our initial evaluation and sticking to that price as best we can.  No one wants a septic system to end up costing thousands of dollars more than originally quoted because of “extra” charges for one thing or another.  The only surprise we occasionally encounter in NE Oklahoma is situations with massive amounts of rock that require hours of rock breaker work.  If that should happen, we discuss options thoroughly with the home or business owner before proceeding.

We know septic systems and Northeast Oklahoma well.  Because of that, we can accurately quote almost any situation.  This approach drives our businesses as almost all of our business comes from referrals from other satisfied customers.  We also offer financing options for septic systems as we know this is a huge and often unexpected expense for homeowners and businesses.  CLICK HERE to go to Financing Options.

Installing septic system lateral lines
  • Aerobic Water Treatment Systems

    • Aerobic Spray Systems – All American Septic regularly installs aerobic septic systems that treat home or business sewage.  This system type will then spray clean and disinfected water in the yard or neighboring spray field through above-ground spray nozzles at night.
    • Aerobic Drip Systems – Similar to spray systems, All American Septic is one of the few septic installers with significant experience installing aerobic wastewater treatment systems with underground drip dispersal instead of above-ground spray systems.  Some people prefer the drip system as there is no way for adults or children to come into contact with treated water or accidentally breathe it in.

  • Nitrogen Reduction Aerobic Septic Systems

    • Nitrogen reduction septic systems are sometimes required by the Oklahoma DEQ when a building and proposed septic treatment system is too close to a WBPA creek or watershed.   When the creek or watershed is too close to the system, then conventional lateral lines and standard aerobic spray fields are not allowed because the treated water is too high in nitrates and nitrogen that is harmful to these water source areas.  A nitrogen reduction system is set up to do extra work removing nitrates and nitrogen from treated water.  Otherwise, this can have a harmful effect on local water quality and marine and other wildlife.  Homeowners usually don’t have a choice on installing this type of system as it is required by Oklahoma DEQ in specific situations.  Our DEQ-certified inspector or installer will be able to tell you if this type of system is required or not.  Failure to install the correct system can lead to DEQ fines for the homeowner and installer.  Learn more about what a Water Body Protection Area is and the requirements for nitrate-reduction is at the OSU Extension Website for Basic Septic System Rules.

  • Conventional Septic Systems with Lateral Lines

    • Conventional septic systems are still very popular where soil saturation is not a problem for lateral lines.  These conventional septic systems tend to be the lowest cost option for the treatment of wastewater.  However, they may not be a viable option in many Northeast Oklahoma areas due to rainfall and soil composition limiting drainage flow through the soil.  Our DEQ-certified installer will be able to do a soil drainage percolation test to double-check the rate that wastewater will be able to disperse on your property.  Go to our Septic Inspection page for more details on our septic system and testing services.
